YOUR IMPACT
The Head of Marketing Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing organization. This role will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of all marketing operations functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, technically proficient, and collaborative leader with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations teams and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Automation & Email Marketing : Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing programs. This includes campaign development, segmentation, personalization, testing, and reporting.Paid Media : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, programmatic advertising). Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and creative alignment.Digital Platforms (Website & Landing Pages) : Manage the digital platforms supporting the company website and campaign landing pages. This includes website analytics, optimization, and collaboration with development teams.Lead Management & Sales Operations Alignment : Own the lead management process, including lead capture, lead routing, lead scoring, and lead nurturing. Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure seamless lead flow and efficient handoff processes.Email Governance & Compliance : Establish and enforce email governance policies and best practices across all teams within the organization. Act as a central service provider for email delivery, ensuring compliance with GDPR, opt-in management, and consent management regulations. Maintain the health and integrity of the email database.SEO Management : Oversee SEO initiatives, working collaboratively with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content. Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to improve organic search visibility.Marketing Technology Stack : Be responsible for the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the marketing technology stack. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.Team Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Agency & Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work within budget and on time.Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Orchestration : Orchestrate ABM activities from a technical and lead / account management perspective. This includes identifying target accounts, personalizing messaging, and tracking campaign performance.Budget Management : Manage the marketing operations budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize ROI.Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track marketing performance and provide insights to the CMO and other stakeholders.THIS IS YOU
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing operations , with a proven track record of success.Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and email marketing best practices.Strong knowledge of paid media strategies and platforms .Experience managing website platforms and landing page optimization.Expertise in lead management, lead scoring, and sales operations alignment.Strong understanding of GDPR, email compliance, and data privacy regulations.Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Experience managing marketing technology stacks and evaluating new technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.Experience managing agencies and vendors.Experience with ABM strategies and execution.About us
