We are hiring for a Working Student (f / m / d) Marketing & Communication.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f / m / d) to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse marketing and communications-related projects to increase our brand awareness while gaining hands-on experience in diverse digital tools for CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo) and CMS (Adobe AEM).

We're seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about marketing but is also eager to learn more about digitalisation in the energy sector.

Tasks

• Contribute to the planning and execution of (digital) marketing campaigns and activities, including paid search, social media, email marketing and others.
• Provide support with website management tasks, including page creation and updates and SEO optimisation.
• Work closely with our Sales and Products team to align our marketing activities for new product launches, webinars, etc.
• Collect and analyse data insights on campaign performance and create reports to track and evaluate and optimise our campaigns.
• Provide support to the creation and adaptation of copy in German for organic and paid social media.
• Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings.
• Conduct research on competitor activity and report back to team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems and good understanding of SEO principles.
• Prior experience in marketing and advertising tools (such as Google ads, Linkedin ads and Google Analytics) and product branding is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German (native speaker or C1 level) and English , showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
