Process Engineer

What does your day look like in the role of our Project Manager :
- Conducting improvement projects on various sites across Germany
- Tracking of technological advances and ongoing analysis of their applicability
- Monitoring of the operational situation and ongoing support
- Raising productivity through implemented changes
- Fostering a Lean Manufacturing culture and applying the tools
- Creation and supervision of technical documentation
- Production and modification of technical drawings in AutoCad
- Creation of reports, presentations and project calculations
- Analysis and ongoing saving calculations of implemented changes
- Management of optimization projects internally and in cooperation with external suppliers
What do you need to be successful?
- Technical university degree
- Solid background in logistics operations
- Experience as a Process / Project Engineer of at least 2 years do we need that since we’ve discussed Ops Supervisor can be potentially a match?
- Fluency in German and advanced level of English
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Lean tools are nice to have
- Ability to solve problems, evaluate, plan and organize work
- Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment
