Junior Systems Admin – IT Technical Services
Reports to : Global Director Cloud Operations

Position Summary :
This position is responsible for maintaining, building, and securing operational IT infrastructure. Working within a larger global infrastructure team and adhering to global standards and practices the role supports the local Service Delivery Manager to provide stable, secure, available, and performing systems. The Junior Systems Admin position is a steppingstone to build the foundation skills and experience needed to become a systems engineer.

Minimum 3 years’ in a “Service Desk Analyst” L2 or similar role with a wide range of operational exposure including projects.Microsoft Windows Server administration training or equivalent experience.Experience configuring Azure and Active Directory to manage accounts, groups, and attributes.Experience administering Office 365 mailboxes, accounts, licences, and security (MFA).Qualifications and Experience desirable
