RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting to the Head of CMC (Chemistry / Manufacturing / Control) Business Development, you will promote, increase, optimize sales of Nuvisan CMC ( Chemistry / Manufacturing / Control) Business Unit.

BD & prospection

  • Identify and develop prospects to expand the company’s portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Ensure a high level of communication with clients, in collaboration with experts
  • Plan and follow-up commercial visits and roadshows
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape to identify and target market growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify new opportunities

Tracking, Proposals & Contracts

  • Monitor sales and report according to defined tools
  • Implement commercial strategy and pricing policy
  • Ensure the RFP is created to best in class for efficient proposal submission
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Reach fixed objectives in terms of Order Entry
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Education in life sciences (ideally chemistry, analytics, pharmacy, biochemistry) or equivalent

    You have functional and / or technical knowledge in the field of CMC services.

    At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the CRO / CDMO environment.

    Natural leadership to help growing a customer centric organization and improving NUVISAN services offering. Value the customer intimacy.

    Hunter spirit with strong resilience – willingness to grow Nuvisan’s customers portfolio

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with networking capabilities

    Entrepreneurial, with strong negotiation skills and team spirit.

    Excellent organizational and project / time management skills with ability to multi-

    Fluent English in speaking and writing is required, additional languages such as German and French are appreciated

    Based in Germany or in France (our 3 GMP offices are located in Neu-Ulm and Waltrop in Germany, and Nice in France).

    Willing to travel to visit clients and Nuvisan operational sites
