Job Description

As part of the AIT team, you will have the following responsibilities :

Support in the development and testing of project products in the project Flumias;
Accompanied preparation of concepts for AIT and MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment) and preparation of corresponding planning documents;
Collaboration in the practical implementation of external and internal requirements for AIT;
Support in the supervision of AIT subcontractors;
Creation of integration and test procedures, reports etc., incl. evaluation of test results;
Participation in test and launch campaigns (the job requires a willingness to spend several months abroad);
Support in troubleshooting and finding solutions;
Co-operation with other Airbus sites and European subcontractors;

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience :

Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering or comparable;

Theoretical and practical expertise in engineering;

Prototype development;

Creation of test procedures and test reports, ideally also for scientific experiments;

Vacuum technology;

Insight into the function and application of electrical components;

Familiarity with image and data analysis, ideally with Matlab, is required;

Knowledge of ECSS standards and Knowledge of Unix / Linux systems should be available;

Fluency in English is mandatory.
