Pricing Transformation Manager (fmd)

• Drive Group-wide Pricing Transformation: Shape the journey towards a unified scalable and future-proof pricing framework across the entire group.

• Implement the New Pricing Software: Plan execute and manage the group-wide rollout of the modern pricing solution to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.

• Optimize Existing Pricing Structures: Analyze and align current pricing models in line with the new unified framework.

• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales Webshop IT and Data teams to ensure a successful transformation.

• Monitor Transformation Progress: Develop meaningful KPIs to track progress and measure the effectiveness of the transformation.

• Manage Change: Support the adoption of new pricing processes and tools fostering acceptance within pricing teams and the wider business.

Qualifications :

• Comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies and their application in complex business environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make rational fact-based decisions grounded in logical reasoning.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing ideally combining management consulting and hands-on work in a B2B company preferably in wholesale or a similarly complex setting.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.

• Familiarity with pricing tools and systems is a strong advantage.

• Fluent command of English both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
