What you can expect

• You will be responsible for the support, maintenance and care of the school's IT infrastructure, including clients, servers and networks
• You will support educational solutions such as Logodidact and, if necessary, specific school administration software such as ASV-BW and WebUntis
• You keep an eye on the entire life cycle of media technology and end devices and coordinate the processing of external IT orders
• As the central point of contact for teachers, you will carry out qualified fault analyses on the hardware and software of the educational media equipment and ensure that faults are rectified promptly
• You will be responsible for the introduction and ongoing training of users on site
• In close cooperation with the specialist department, you will be involved in advising, planning and setting up modern media technology in schools
• You will be involved in the planning, preparation and implementation of media education school projects
