The Bioprocess Territory Manager, Central South (f / m / d) for Cytiva is responsible for providing sales leadership & direction to the Bioprocess account managers in the territory to meet / exceed annual sales and order budgets and ensure sustained growth & profitability.This position reports to the Central Bioprocess Zone Leader and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team and will be fully remote. What you will do : Lead team of Bioprocess account managers to meet or exceed territory targets assigned by the Bioprocess commercial leadSupport the Bioprocess account managers in contributing information to sales strategies and account plansThrough critical insight on customer biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, support the team to formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expand Bioprocess business by gaining market share in existing and new accountsCommunicate business strategy and tactics clearly to the sales team and provide feedback to colleagues, on progress, opportunities, and challenges in the territoryResponsible for talent management to ensure the continued development for direct reportsContinuously develop a network of key decision makers. Build a territory business plan and set quarterly priorities to achieve defined business goalsLead and support sales funnel reviews to meet business targetsWho you are : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant fieldLong standing commercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology / Biopharma industryExperience with using CRM tools, preferably SFDC, to manage customer stakeholders and opportunitiesDemonstrable success in collaborating across a matrix commercial team to build solutions to support customersIt would be a plus if you also have : Experience as a commercial people leader, coach or mentor in current or previous roleWorking knowledge of funnel management, value selling and account planning methodologiesTravel : Ability to travel 50% and more within territory and occasionally internationallyMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
