What you will do :

You will be involved in the  implementation  of Salesforce solutions. Your activities will include  solution design, build, system testing handover / co-ordination  and  deployment . More specifically, you will :

  • Develop  end-to-end Salesforce solutions  using configuration and customization (e.g., APEX Class, LWC, Batch classes)
  • Lead  the review of Epics / User-stories to find technical solutions for functional requirements, estimate user stories, plan team capacity and work closely with Functional Lead, Scrum Master and Product Owner to finalize Sprint scope + best practices
  • Deploy changes  from development to test to production environment(s)
  • Document all changes , support in maintaining project quality and risk plans and tracking progress against the plans
  • Serve as the  go-to person  for technology-related matters for both our teams and clients. Offer detailed explanations to developers and client feature owners about technical aspects. You will also provide technical  leadership  on projects by providing necessary guidance to junior team members to follow Salesforce best practices
  • Support  the development of new offerings, sales activities and the preparation of offers.

Who you are :

  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
  • 3 years of IT experience with experience of Salesforce project
  • Salesforce certifications are required
  • Development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using (Apex, LWC, Automated processes,etc)
  • Experience with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools
  • Ability to manage priorities and lead development teams within an Agile environment
  • High level of commitment, personal responsibility and communication and presenting to demanding target groups
  • Fluency in English. French, German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
