Senior Director 4008 Product Stream & Sustaining Engineering (mwd)

Objective of the function :

To drive profitable growth and ensure the long-term competitiveness of the product portfolio through full profit and loss responsibility end-to-end ownership of the entire product lifecycle and cross-functional leadership.

Your responsibilities :

• Full P&L responsibility including CAPEX investments manufacturing location make-or-buy decisions etc. for the 4008 product
• Regular release of updated / new product offerings within VS Machines in line with BU ecosystem and portfolio strategy (with agreed scope and quality at the right cost within budget and on time)
• Develop innovative new products with improved performance and reduced costs for the entire VS ecosystem
• Establishment of strategies and targets for manufacturing procurement and supply chain for 4008 responsibility for COP procurement and manufacturing technology
• Full responsibility for the KPIs of the 4008 product (innovation product development quality and cost performance)
