StellenbeschreibungDeveloping new features for our insurance products with Java / Spring Boot and React / TypeScript. Work across the entire stack : from frontend to backend & REST APIs to databases and platform components (such as MCP servers). Integrate AI functionality (LLMs) into existing and new components in a production-ready manner Optimize and scale our system landscape for performance, stability, and availability. Ensure high quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines. Contribute your own ideas and take ownership of features or subcomponents—both functionally and technically. What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed degree (computer science, business informatics, or similar) or training as an IT specialist (m / f / d)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in software development (ideally supplemented by internships / working student positions)
- Experience in development with Java and TypeScript / JavaScript and with at least one relational database (e.g., MySQL)
- Practical knowledge of using Spring Boot or React
- Basics in OOP & software design as well as basic knowledge of architectural principles (e.g., layered / hexagonal approach)
- Analytical thinking, self-motivation, and willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility
- Strong communication skills and very good German language skills (C1) as well as team spirit.
