SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead / Platform Owner

HRIT People is partnering with a global hardware and fittings manufacturing business with over 17,000 employees across 8+ countries, currently undergoing a large-scale HR transformation. As part of a wider investment into their digital HR landscape, the business is seeking a hands-on SuccessFactors Project Lead / Platform Owner to take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, beginning with a multi-country rollout of Employee Central.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a SuccessFactors expert looking to move into a strategic internal role with high visibility and long-term growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and own the SuccessFactors platform across multiple global regions
  • Configure and optimise Employee Central and Foundation Objects
  • Act as the internal point of contact for SuccessFactors, providing system and architectural expertise
  • Work closely with external implementation partners and internal business stakeholders
  • Ensure platform scalability and best-practice HRIS design as part of a broader transformation roadmap

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors , especially Employee Central and Foundation Objects
  • Proven ability to configure systems and understand end-to-end platform architecture
  • Experience working alongside implementation partners or as part of a rollout team
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Based in Germany
