Ihre Aufgaben Create and execute a marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and drive user growth in Poland. Recruit and manage agencies or external partners to deliver on marketing plans effectively. Lead campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives. Represent the brand in Poland by managing speaking opportunities for yourself and key executives. Monitor and analyze the performance of local marketing efforts, refining strategies based on results. Anforderungen A minimum of 5 years’ experience in consumer marketing, with a strong focus on social media and growth marketing. A proven track record of developing and executing creative, cost-effective marketing and PR campaigns. A deep understanding of Polish cultural trends, especially within social media, and the ability to create ideas that resonate with local audiences. Fluency in Polish and English, with exceptional communication and writing skills. Experience collaborating with global teams and adapting international strategies to suit local market needs.
