Director of Sales – DACH to lead and expand enterprise presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on hardware OEMs and enterprise customers in the industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for a commercially driven leader who combines deep technical fluency with a proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
The Role :
- Develop and execute a DACH-wide sales strategy tailored to enterprise and OEM markets.
- Own regional revenue growth by building and expanding key accounts, pipeline, and market share.
- Manage strategic OEM and enterprise relationships, driving long-term value and partnership success.
- Build partnerships with leading system integrators, alliances, and channel partners to scale go-to-market reach.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team with clear goals and accountability.
- Leverage your expertise in Edge AI and computer vision to articulate complex value propositions to C-level and technical audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global product, marketing, and engineering teams to align solutions with regional market needs.
- Represent the brand at key industry events, conferences, and ecosystem forums across DACH.
Required :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).10+ years of enterprise sales experience in high-tech industries, ideally in Edge AI, computer vision, or embedded systems.A strong track record of success working with hardware OEMs, industrial clients, and channel partners in DACH.Proven ability to build and execute regional strategies that deliver sustained revenue growth.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills within complex European enterprise environments.Fluency in German and English is required.Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
