Du bist ein Organisationstalent und liebst es, Veranstaltungen zu koordinieren? Als Bankett Supervisor (w / m / d) sorgst du dafür, dass jedes Event reibungslos läuft und unsere Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte Events, die in Erinnerung bleiben!
Aufgaben :
- Verantwortung für die Betreuung der Kunden während der gesamten Veranstaltung
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Koordination des Setups der Banketträume, einschließlich Tischanordnung und technischer Ausstattung
- Koordination der Serviceabläufe und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
- Verantwortung für deine Schicht und Unterstützung in allen F&B Outlets bei Spitzenzeiten
- Schnelle und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Sales, Küche und Technik
Qualifikationen & Skills
