Your Responsibilities

As Strategic Operations Specialist you will be part of the Corporate Strategy & Innovation team.

• You coordinate monitor and continuously improve processes related to the development planning and operationalization (e.g. OKR and strategy execution cycles) of company strategy across departments.
• Additionally you facilitate strategy execution cycles and workshops with leadership teams (currently based on OKRs).
• You drive company-wide adoption of strategy execution frameworks and ensure alignment across departments.
• Further you coach leaders and teams on formulating operationalized goals as drivers and facilitate cross-team dependency resolution.
• You promote effective collaboration and communication across teams and departments to support strategic initiatives.
• You support change initiatives and promote agile collaborative ways of working across the organization.
• You develop and maintain playbooks guidelines and training materials for strategy execution and planning.
• You provide facilitation and guidance to strengthen teams and leaders capability in executing strategic priorities.
