We are a full-service contractresearch organisation (CRO) and Contract Development ManufacturingOrganisation (CDMO) dedicated to helping bring new drugs to themarket. We offer a comprehensive suite of products and servicesspanning the entire drug development lifecycle supporting both theresearch and manufacturing of new drugs for pharmaceutical andbiotechnology companies.

TheRole :

We are looking to hire a newbusiness development director to support our global CMC servicesteam. This is a typical business development position involvinghunting for new clients, key account management, and CSM / CRM. Yourterritories will include but are not limited to Europe and LatinAmerica, making this a truly global role. You will be working intangent with a high-performing and established project managementteam supporting you on all yourendeavours.

Requirements for theRole :

  • 5+ years of experiencein key account / sales positions within the life scienceindustry.
  • Prior experience working for a CRO orCDMO.
  • Functional understanding of CMC (Chemicalor Formulation development) specifically in smallmolecules.
  • Experience selling or working withCMC services in and around small molecules.
  • Ascientific background / education in life sciences or a relateddiscipline is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiationskills and demonstrated success in closing deals through excellentcommunication and presentationabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure andtackle challenges head-on. We like someone who is deadline-drivenwith the capacity to manage multiple client engagementssimultaneously.

This is a remote rolewith international travel to clients and conferences, butcandidates must be based in France orGermany!
