South Germany Sales Manager

The most innovative European Ultrasound start-up currently in the market is expanding into Germany and looking for a salesperson to lead the charge. As a company everything is in place to ensure 2025 is their most successful year; they have FDA approval, CE Mark, new funding, a US team, big name OEM partners and an Ultrasound solution addressing multiple indications.

Their technology is vendor-neutral and helps turn any 2D Ultrasound into a 3D Ultrasound with both hardware and software elements. Crucially reimbursement is in place for 3D Ultrasound in Germany.

The company is close to reaching #50 employees and in Germany you will be joining a team of over 15 who currently reside in Munich including service and apps support.

If you're interested in the role and the company then I'm looking for :

• A track record in MedTech sales where you've brought a new, innovative technology to market and / or developed sales in South Germany from 0.
• Ultrasound / imaging experience isn't a pre-requisite but certainly nice to have.
• You'll also need to be based in South Germany which is the territory you will be focused on in the beginning.
• You must be fluent in German with conversational English

We're looking for someone to grow with the company, and as such, although your role will start with South Germany the idea is that your role will expand to Country Manager and that you will hire and build a team in due course.

At plan, your salary and commission will exceed €100k with a monthly car allowance also provided.
