- do technical analysis of the planned change to helicopters
- prepare the necessary approval documents (classification of the change / authority documents)
- contribute to the defintion of the approval strategy
- do consultation with the system managers technical experts and project managers
- followup review the approval documents and ensure that the changes are approved on time
