Process Manager (m / f / d)
Join our team in the area of corporate services on a full-time basis, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!
This will be your job...
- You will take over the procedural control of complex interfaces between the various business areas
- You will support the specialist departments in the introduction and further development of processes – from conception to implementation
- You will identify potential for optimization (efficiency, quality, automation, use of AI solutions) and derive concrete measures from this.
- You will document the processes transparently and comprehensibly in the target system and ensure that they are sustainably anchored.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and introducing KPIs for process performance and automation levels.
- You will provide technical support for implementation projects and assist with test / rollout scenarios.
What we are looking for...
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience.You have certification in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) or comparable, e.g., Lean Six Sigma or ITIL.You have experience in process management, ideally in IT environments, as well as experience with end-to-end processes.Ideally, you have already gained experience with integration technologies and middleware; specific products (e.g., X4) are a plus, but not a must.You have strong moderation and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.You may think like this...
