- Overhead cost Controlling for some areas of the DACH Cluster, ensuring adherence to financial policies and driving efficiency, accuracy and fostering collaboration to achieve financial objectives.
- Deep analysis on People Costs and non-people cost, such as T&E, temporary labout and company vehicules
- Offer constructive challenges and financial insights, monitoring risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Support Finance transformation, driving continuous improvement of tools, processes, and reports.
- Digitalization of Overheads scope
- Partnering with board members and HRBPs
