Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Airport Auditor - Administrative Support.
Your responsibilities
Conducting periodic audits of operational and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Preparing and implementing internal and external audits and inspections, as well as airport investigations in collaboration with the various stakeholders and the Competent Authority
Reviewing and analyzing documentation, records, reports, and operational procedures
Preparing detailed audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management
Coordinating with various departments to resolve compliance issues, monitor external and internal findings and help to implement corrective actions.
Monitoring changes in aviation regulations and standards and ensure organization’s compliance systems are updated accordingly
Participating in accident and incident investigations, providing expertise in regulatory compliance
Assisting the department management in risk analysis and initiate the changes to mitigate those risks
Monitoring the Management of Change process in the airport operators different departments
Developing and implement compliance training programs for employees
Assisting in the preparation for external audits by regulatory bodies
Assisting in the follow-up of external findings raised by the regulatory bodies
Liaising between the regulatory authority and the airport to assure that deadlines are kept
Ensuring that all audit records and documentation are maintained accurately and securely
Supporting the Compliance Manager in his duties
Assisting the department's management in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance department
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior
The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor in an aviation related field
or professional experience in aviation compliance monitoring
or experience in other operational fields in aviation
Experience
3 years' experience in a similar position
Skills and knowledge required
Mandatory :
Microsoft Office suite
Mandatory :
French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
Understanding of Aviation Safety Management System
Experience as Auditor
Strong Knowledge of EASA Regulatory Body
Excellent Communication skills
Flexibility, motivation and a hands-on mentality complete your profile
Ability to pass an enhanced police background check
Being independent and structured in your approach, enjoy working conceptually and maintain a strategic view of the big picture
Having an urge to explore new, innovative ways and are a team player
Being assertive, customer- and solution-oriented, and decisive
Being able to communicate confidently with people at all levels of the hierarchy
Valid permanent B driving licence
