As Junior Inventory & Logistics Manager - Stores , you will be part of one of Westwing’s fastest-growing business areas and help shape how our Stores come to life operationally. In this role, you will take ownership of key logistics and order placement processes that directly enable seasonal Store transformations, daily product availability, and seamless Store operations across our expanding network. You will collaborate with different stakeholders to translate high-level planning into flawless execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end insight into Store operations, take real ownership early on, and actively contribute to building scalable processes in a dynamic retail environment. This position is unlimited and based in Munich or Robakowo .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own weekly Store replenishment by analysing sales performance, placing reorders, maintaining the replenishment tool, and working closely with Stores and the Senior Inventory & Supply Manager to ensure product availability
- Manage seasonal Look Changes end-to-end, including order placement, order tracking, availability monitoring, supply coordination, and delivery execution to Stores
- Coordinate logistics operations across Stores by managing delivery planning, transport splits, timeslot coordination, and inbound communication to ensure smooth and reliable product flows
- Monitor product availability and inbound deliveries in close alignment with Global Supply Chain, proactively identifying and flagging risks, delays, or stock issues to relevant stakeholders
- Continuously improve logistics and order placement processes by standardizing workflows, enhancing tracking quality, and supporting scalable Store operations while considering Store layout and storage constraints
- Act as key operational support for Stores by ensuring transparency on delivery timelines, coordinating end-to-end returns, supporting in-store logistics standards (goods reception, labeling, storage, stock-taking), and proactively solving operational challenges
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enable scalable, data-driven Store operations
YOU COME WITH
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Retail Management, or a related fieldFirst experience in logistics, operations, retail, or supply chain (internships or working student roles welcome)Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, Excel, and tracking toolsStrong organisational skills, sense of ownership and a hands-on, reliable way of workingProactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership attitude and comfortable managing multiple operational topics in parallelStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with Stores and cross-functional teamsVery good English and German skillsWHY WESTWING
