This pivotal roleoffers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact withina globally influential company, shaping financial strategy andensuring excellence in financial reporting at the highestlevel.

Responsibilities

  • Leadand oversee the Consolidation team, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performing environment. Provide coaching and developmentopportunities to enhance team skills andcapabilities.
  • Develop and implement group-widedirectives, standards, and processes in alignment with IFRS andapplicable local GAAP for reportingpurposes.
  • Translate business processes intoeffective consolidation and reporting structures, ensuringalignment with organizational goals. Drive optimization of theseprocesses across the global network.
  • Manage theend-to-end consolidation and group reporting process for financialstatements, including the development and application of corporaterequirements for accurate and timelyreporting.
  • Ensure the integration of internalcontrols into consolidation and reporting processes, adhering tocorporate compliance and governancestandards.
  • Define key performance indicators(KPIs) and oversee regular performance assessments to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of consolidation and reportingworkflows.
  • Provide strategic leadership todrive continuous process improvements and operational excellencewithin the consolidation and reportingdomain.
  • Navigate a dynamic internationalenvironment, engaging with a broad spectrum of internal andexternal stakeholders. Inspire collaboration and foster alignmentto achieve shared goals in a positive and professionalatmosphere.

Profile :

  • Proficiencyin using consolidation tools and relatedsoftware.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, withfamiliarity in German and / or Dutch GAAP being a strongadvantage.
  • Proven experience collaborating withexternal auditors in a global organizationalcontext.
  • Exceptional English communicationskills, both verbal and written.
  • Strongstakeholder management abilities, adept at navigating andinfluencing across multiple levels within anorganization.
  • A proactive mindset with apassion for driving continuous improvement in consolidation andreporting processes.
  • Demonstrated financeleadership capabilities, including experience in leading throughchange and managing complex, globalinitiatives.
  • Strong global leadership skills,with the ability to inspire and guide teams across diverse culturaland geographic boundaries.
