- Leading contract negotiations with software vendors
- Conducting market analyses to secure optimal purchasing conditions and identify potential savings
- Managing and maintaining purchased and registered software licenses, including ensuring license compliance
- Reviewing and validating commercial data to maintain an overview of costs and budgets
- Managing contracts, including monitoring contract durations and adapting them to current needs and requirements
- Applying IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies to manage and optimize IT resources, especially in the areas of procurement and license management
Requirements
Completed degree in economics, business administration, computer science or a corresponding education with several years of professional experience in procurementIdeally a job-relevant additional qualification, such as negotiation training, BME course in procurement, etc.Strong system and process understanding as well as practical experience with ERP and e-procurement systemsExtensive experience in IT asset management and basic data knowledgeAbility to cooperate, sociability, and conscientiousnessProficient use of MS Office applicationsVery good English skills, both written and spokenTeam
