With more than 7,000 B2B customers, we are the market leader in Germany. But e-mobility is still just getting started. To change that, we’re looking for driven performers and hands-on people who want to actively shape the future of mobility.

As our Staff Engineer, you’ll set the technical direction, lead cross-domain initiatives, and build scalable systems to drive real business impact.

The following will be your main tasks :

• Designing and running scalable, cloud-native systems using modern modular patterns.
• Coordinating technical planning across domains and teams.
• Leading initiatives that improve reliability, performance, and observability.
• Setting engineering standards and support technical growth across teams.
• Coaching other engineers and fostering a learning culture.
• Optimising performance and scalability in critical services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in development and production.
• Contributing to AI-enabled products through strong backend practices.

You’ll work with tools like AWS, Terraform, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines. Our backend stack includes Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
