Job Overview

As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital products and backend systems, primarily using React, Python, and cloud-based technologies. This role involves collaboration with product teams, maintaining digital therapy applications, and managing deployment operations within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product team to conceptualize and plan new features and products
  • Develop and maintain digital products, including therapy apps (using React Native and TypeScript) and backend systems (using Python, Django, PostgreSQL)
  • Manage deployment and technical operations using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, ensuring secure and seamless performance
  • Utilize data analysis to improve product functionality and self-improvement capabilities
  • Maintain updated documentation for architecture, infrastructure, and processes
  • Help cultivate a strong engineering organization and contribute to a positive development culture

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with strong software design principles
  • Proficiency in key technologies, specifically React / React Native and Python; experience with TypeScript, Django, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL is advantageous
  • Working proficiency in English, with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, with a natural sense of ownership and eagerness to take on responsibility
