Head of SAP
Our leading FMCG client is looking for an experienced Head of SAP to establish and manage a new SAP team, oversee complex international projects, develop future SAP strategies, and collaborate with IT and specialist departments to integrate SAP solutions.
Your Responsibilities :
- Establish and lead the new SAP team, ensuring both technical and disciplinary management.
- Oversee complex SAP in-house projects at headquarters and international locations.
- Develop and implement strategies for future SAP solutions, including evaluating new technologies and their impact on business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with IT and specialist departments to integrate SAP into existing systems and tools.
- Manage the budget for the SAP Competence Center, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Promote continuous skill development and innovation within the SAP team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
Your Profile :
- Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience managing complex international SAP projects in the Consumer Goods.
- Strong SAP knowledge gained through practical work and an understanding of processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership, team development, and working with interdisciplinary groups.
- Strong customer and goal orientation, with independent and solution-oriented thinking and actions.
