POSTE
Our client, a leading center of expertise specializing in cybersecurity, cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), identity security (eTravel documents and Digital ID Wallets), biometrics, and artificial intelligence, is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team. Established in 2012, our client plays a critical role in national and international digital security initiatives. This position offers the flexibility to be fulfilled remotely and on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify business partners and customer activities to ensure seamless solution implementation and service delivery.
- Support opportunity qualification processes and customer satisfaction in collaboration with senior management.
- Assist various teams in the execution of daily project tasks.
- Present solutions to customers, partners, and stakeholders; create documentation and product sheets outlining high-level specifications.
- Conduct business meetings, deliver demonstrations, and showcase the company's solutions portfolio.
- Prepare responses for tenders, RFPs, and RFIs, as well as develop specifications, proposals, statements of work (SoW), contracts, business reports, and user documentation.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and the technology landscape to enhance solution offerings.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's expertise and service areas.
- Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and other business activities across Europe and internationally.
- Oversee solution implementation, including third-party products, within customer and partner offices for project success; provide training, support, and advisory services.
- Analyze customer functional and technical requirements to address business needs in coordination with internal teams.
- Lead commercial delivery plans for projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with dedicated teams.
- Monitor key markets and technology trends, providing feedback to enhance solution development.
PROFIL
Professional Qualifications & Experience :
6-8 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity or IT services company, or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of cryptography, cybersecurity, and information security concepts.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in promoting end-to-end solutions or web / mobile applications within sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Healthcare, or Industrial IoT.Previous experience working in an international environment, particularly handling large accounts outside Luxembourg.Soft Skills :
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, including public speaking.Strong ability to identify new opportunities, prospect markets, and autonomously solve problems.Capability to translate customer technical requirements into functional and business language.Skilled in setting deliverable plans with measurable milestones, maintaining a high standard of quality.Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly absorb and synthesize large amounts of information in a fast-paced environment.Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and project management.Strong team player with self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines independently.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and negotiation skills in English and French (Luxembourgish or German is a plus).Alignment with corporate values and principles.
