Medical Equipment and Device Field Technician/Engineer (m/f/x) - Berlin, Germany
We are looking for a colleague to work with us at Genoray’s German subsidiary in Berlin.
We manufacture medical and dental x-ray equipment. Our products are sold through our headquarters in South Korea, five overseas subsidiaries (Germany, USA, Japan, Türkiye and Shanghai), and more than 40 global partner companies.

Tasks
- Customer Service : Provide technical support for our customers in Europe, answer questions and resolve issues regarding our medical equipment (on-site and remote)
- Business Trips in Europe : Provide on-site medical equipment installation and technical services
- Repair Service : Repair medical equipment for our customers upon request (on-site and remote)
- Sales documents : Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, etc.
- Exhibitions : Participate in installing and deinstalling medical equipment
Requirements
- Fluent in English required
- Korean and / or German skills beneficial
- Degree in electrical, electronic or medical equipment engineering, or comparable experience in a relevant industry
- No experience required
- Experience with medical equipment customer service beneficial
- Understanding of electricity and electronics (components, devices and equipment)
- MS Office Suite affinity
- Well-organized with aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to go on business trips abroad
- No restriction to travel abroad
- Valid work permit in Germany required
