Senior Technical Support Manager - renewables
Opportunity to join a leading EV Charger company, as Senior Technical Support Manager or Head of Technical Support, Europe (based on experience).
you can work in Hamburg office or 100% work remotely.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical support team across Europe for EV charging solutions.
You will be responsible for providing after-sales engineering support to our clients in the utility industry, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any technical issues they encounter.
Additionally, you will work closely with our R&D team to provide valuable feedback for product improvement and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 10 technical support professionals across Europe.
- Provide after-sales engineering support to clients, addressing their technical queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product performance, usability, and areas for improvement based on client feedback and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and develop solutions to ensure optimal performance of our EV charging solutions.
- Engage with clients in the utility industry to discuss after-service support and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products.
- Develop and implement best practices for technical support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong proficiency in both German and English languages , both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in team management or leadership roles is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Experience providing after-sales support for B2B clients, experience in the utility industry or renewable is a big plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
