Now,we are looking for a BUM Life Sciences in our office in Munich or Frankfurt, Germany.

What is the role About?

• Make the CountryBusiness Unit profitable
• Responsible ofthe overall Business Units turnover in Germany.
• Responsible forbusiness development and contracting in Germany.
• Report themonthly business unit progress to the IBUM as direct manager.
• Responsible forthe specific industry development in Germany.
• Technicalknowledge is required : from starting projects to giving support to the projectteam, depending on the
• structure andcapabilities of each country.
• Fullycollaborate with the other companies of the group.
• Lead theBusiness Development for his Industry by
• Market analysis(stakeholders, top-customers, locations, trends, competitors)
• Turning theyearly objectives (turnover and profit) by the IBUM into an action plan
• Defining BusinessDevelopment strategy of the Business Unit in collaboration with the IBUM
• Being thecentral contact person for marketing activities.
• Defining thebest suitable strategy and approach for any customer
• Being / Identifying and allocating Large Account Managers to the strategiccustomers within Group IPS
• Giving supportin quotations and join important customer meetings where needed.
• Developing ofquotations by himself when needed.
• Organizing theCold Calling
• As Pilot (oreven Project Manager)
• Perform whenneeded Project Management or Project mentoring (called piloting in IPS)
• Ensure theprofitability and invoicing is on time and payments are retrieved timely.
• Timesheets,progress report and validation of invoicing.
• Ensure Trackersare strictly up to date.
• Working minimumof % ( days / month) as PM and / or Pilot as chargeability target,
• Develop skillsto keep and improve the project quality and relationship to the client
• Ensure theprofitability and quality on projects related to its Industry
• Implementingcoaching / corrective practices, to align his staff with the company-goals
• ​Leading,centralizing, enlarging and spreading technical Industry-related knowledge,methods, tools within the industry
