Position Overview

We are looking for a talented HR Generalist / Advisor to join our Global HR Department. You will be based in the office in Berlin, Germany . The role reports into the Global HR Business Partner based in Portugal and provides an opportunity to work within a highly performing Global HR Team, working closely with the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to provide a first-class service supporting all aspects of the employee cycle from onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, reward, HR data management and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle & Administration : Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding), including the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and any other HR documentation, while ensuring accurate employee data management in HR systems.
• HR Advisory & Employee Relations : Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on any HR-related queries.
• Payroll & Benefits Support : Act as HR liaison with payroll providers, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing; Support benefits administration; Handle employee payroll-related queries in coordination with payroll providers.
• HR Projects & Process Improvement : Contribute to HR projects (policy updates, system implementations, process standardisation); Support the implementation of global HR initiatives; Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
