Scrum Master (f / m / d)
What this job looks like
Team leadership and Process management : Taking responsibility for three to four Scrum teams to ensure that they work effectively and efficiently and achieve their goals
Promoting an agile mindset : Introducing, establishing and promoting an agile mindset within the teams and beyond to embed agility as a fundamental principle throughout the organisation
Optimise existing structures : Utilising and further developing existing structures to ensure that they comply with agile principles and support teams in their productivity
Coaching and support : Encouraging and coach teams in the agile mindset and providing support to ensure that agile principles are anchored in day-to-day work
Product owner empowerment : Working with product owners to strengthen their skills and ensure that the product vision is clearly understood and can be implemented effectively
Your Profile
You have not only worked in Scrum teams but also led and developed them. You are a proven experience Scrum Master, ideally you have already worked in a software engineering environment
Success in optimising teams and processes by applying agile principles
Excellent communication and training skills
Deep understanding of Scrum methods and principles
Ability to analyse and develop existing structures
Very good verbal and written skills in English and German
