Your future duties and responsibilities:

Advising renowned clients – You advise national and international banks and financial service providers on digitization and coordinate the implementation of new technologies, processes and software solutions.
Complex challenges in a dynamic environment – You work intensively on complex issues for our clients, carry out independent analyses, define problems and design strategies that are crucial for the success of our clients.
Assume responsibility – Together with your colleagues, you will assume responsibility in the team and towards the customer from day one. You will develop recommendations for action and present them to the customer's decision-makers.
Diverse topics – Depending on your strengths and interests, you can work on one of our main topics: Digital Banking, Payments, Sustainable Finance, Embedded Finance, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, IT Architecture, Process Automation and future-oriented solutions in the context of digital transformation. In addition, you will make an important contribution to the further development of these trend topics and thus to the expansion of thought leadership in the market.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

University degree with top grades – You have completed your studies (preferably Master's/Diploma) in economics/finance, (business) computer science or a comparable field with excellent grades.
Practical experience – Depending on your entry-level you have already gained proven practical experience in the financial services sector (banking, FinTech, or others).
Excellent communication style – You are characterized by exceptionally strong communication skills in English and also in German. You enjoy working in a team to prepare results for national and international clients and presenting them to various stakeholders.
Distinctive action and methodological skills – Your excellent analytical skills make it easy for you to structure complex issues, identify problems and derive strategic solutions for the greatest challenges of our time.
High level of self-motivation and commitment – You work successfully in a team. A high degree of willingness to work in changing environments is a matter of course for you.
