Description_

The VP of Automotive Delivery will be responsible for ongoing relationship management and overseeing the delivery of services to a group of Mobica Automotive customers. You will be accountable for revenue and margin conversion within assigned accounts as well as for planning, implementation, and delivery of services performed and delivered by Mobica Onshore and Offshore teams. This includes negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of Quality of Service and KPIs agreed with the client during the contract agreement process. The customer Success Manager will be seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish yourself as the customers trusted partner and build deep relationships with all levels to understand their needs and priorities
  • Be directly responsible for renewing and expanding a book of business
  • Follow market trends and propose to customers improvements areas
  • Track customers satisfaction, arranging regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Provide and implement correction programs to improve the customer's satisfaction level
  • Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to the successful delivery of services
  • Have an opportunity to build and shape the direction of our CS team
  • Cooperates with other departments to achieve common, strategic Mobica goals

Qualifications_

  • 5+ years of proven customer management experience leading to account growth, retention, and overcoming challenges and objections
  • In-depth understanding of the Automotive Sector and Technologies
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients
  • Proficiency with the German language both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations, direct debates, and shape outcomes
  • Proven success in a self-managed environment with high attention to detail and great organizational / time management skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects
  • Extensive emotional intelligence, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, externally and internally
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Technical background within the software service industry will be an additional value
