What you'll do

  • Support to consolidate dashboards, incorporate dynamic visual representations, and implement automated basic insights.
  • Recommend best practices in data collection and management processes, with a focus on automation for continuous operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with business and engineering users to aggregate data from different systems within the organization.
  • Organize and cleanse data, identify integrity issues and propose resolutions.
  • Support the organization during Quarterly Product Performance Reviews.
  • Manage & prioritize the ad-hoc requests to timely facilitate our stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • At least 1 year' experience with data and products in a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, …).
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio etc.
  • Expert on data visualization and a statistics-lover
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly passionate about data and data visualization, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail

  • Experience working in a product team
  • You can scrape data also using additional tools like Python and get the data you need

    Product Excellence unit Business Analytics : Business Analytics / Data-driven team is a unit under the Product Excellence Team of Product Management Group where we focus on the product data to measure the progress, success of our products and take timely informed decisions based on the data patterns rather than assumptions or intuitions.

    This function is responsible for gathering diverse data metrics from various data platforms and sources across all the products. As we are scaling in terms of teams and products, the need to have the timely availability of data metrics is even more critical for the Product Team

    We also track NPS, Product Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction to report back the feedback to Product & Engineering for data-driven actions.

    As part of our expansion efforts, we seek to add a dedicated team member focused on optimizing our dashboards and streamlining data processes to ensure comprehensive visibility of pertinent information across the team. Our initiatives include consolidating data and implementing automated insights to provide enhanced context for our teams.

    Also, we need to build better procedures for the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and insights, for which this role will be of utmost significance.

    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
