Corporate Officer – Human Sized, Evolution Perspectives

The fiduciary was established many years ago and has acquired a loyal and prestigious clientele, allowing every collaborator to work on interesting files and significantly develop their knowledge.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate officer – Corporate governance – Finance – Funds

You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, from their constitution to their dissolution.
You will draft and review legal documentation, such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
Organizing board meetings and preparing board packs will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You may also have AML / KYC responsibilities in collaboration with the compliance team.
You will collaborate with the accounting team on annual account approvals.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate officer – Corporate governance – Finance – Funds

You have at least 1 year of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, a management company, or a PFS in Luxembourg. This will help you feel comfortable in your new role.

To ensure effective communication with your interlocutors, you are fluent in French and English.

Familiarity with a portfolio composed of Soparfis, holdings, and / or SPVs is a must to be efficient in this role.

To meet deadlines and satisfy clients, you are organized and proactive .

You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year , depending on your qualifications. This will allow you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
