Expert Algorithm Engineer, Vehicle Control

Your tasks :

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for company's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with a primary focus on vehicle control algorithms for low-speed and high-speed maneuvers, including auto-parking applications
• Develop and implement precise vehicle control algorithms that ensure optimal performance, safety, and comfort during dynamic driving scenarios
• Apply advanced knowledge of vehicle dynamics to refine and optimize control strategies for various driving conditions, including urban environments, highways, and complex parking situations
• Translate automotive industry requirements and customer needs into robust and practical vehicle control solutions
• Work closely with the behavior and motion planning teams to ensure seamless integration of control algorithms into the broader ADAS architecture
• Follow agile development methodologies and the V-Model for developing and testing vehicle control modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and system integrators, to ensure comprehensive system validation and performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture
