Your Impact :
As a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager in SPA and Dispute Advisory, you will collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive advisory services and support during contract negotiations at both national and international levels.
Your work will be critical in helping our clients achieve their optimal financial objectives.
In contentious situations related to contract preparation or during the execution of buy-sell processes, you will develop goal-oriented, financially-grounded strategies in collaboration with external advisors to resolve disputes.
Along the way, you will expand your professional network and deepen your economic and business expertise, positioning yourself to lead projects independently in the future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands-on Project Involvement : Become an integral member of a project team, taking full responsibility for your areas of work while directly communicating with clients.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting : Analyse financial data and related documentation, assess arguments to prepare clients for negotiations, and anticipate potential counterarguments.
- Risk Identification : Focus on identifying risk areas, financial challenges, and documentation gaps.
- Team Development : Mentor and guide junior team members, significantly contributing to their professional growth.
Your Skillset :
- A degree in Business Administration with a focus on M&A, Corporate Finance, External Accounting, Finance / Controlling, or Auditing.
- Relevant professional certification (WP, CPA, CA, etc.) is advantageous but not required.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge (e.g., HGB, IFRS, or US-GAAP).
- Several years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Transaction Services, Business Valuation, Accounting / Reporting, Dispute Analysis, Investigation, or Auditing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel, with excellent German and English language skills.
