Job Description :
- Sales Volume 100 million
- Managing the team responsible for development and sales (Product Business Units);
- Analysis of the latest trends in the technology market, broadening knowledge and finding solutions that will allow you to implement innovations in the company;
- Recommending directions of changes and investments in the implemented products at the level of the entire organization;
- Introducing innovative solutions that build a competitive advantage and will be justified in terms of business;
- Co-creation of sales and development strategies for individual market segments;
- Conducting the process of negotiating commercial terms;
- Building trust and long-term relationships based on credibility and synergy;
- Responsibility for processes : sales, design, pricing);
- KPI implementation;
- Supervising the Heads of Business Units in the field of product and technology development (proposing solutions for clients);
- Verification of the necessary competences, motivating, ensuring development for the acquired talents;
- Close cooperation with the Management Board of the Company;
- Reporting to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years of experience in leading a B2B sales team;Experience in working in companies with ownership structures will be an additional advantage;Experience in strategic planning and business development;Customer orientation with a business approach to innovation;Experience in creating technological solutions with a view to selling to external customers;Managerial competences, the ability to inspire and motivate your subordinates;Knowledge of English at the C1 level.We look forward to receiving your application!
