Software Team Lead

I am working with a very interesting Global aviation & drone business who need an experienced Software Team Lead to join the team in Munich.

This role is based out of their Munich office where you will be expected to visit 2 days a week and it is a 3 stage interview process. You must also speak B1 / B2+ German & English and I can offer a salary ranging from €95,000-€130,000 per annum.

The Role :

• 2 days a week in their Munich office
• Happy with a blend of normal hours & US hours (10am-7pm occasionally)
• Based in Munich
• 80% hands on
• 20% leadership and management
• Led teams in the past
• Hosted annual reviews
• Regular 1-2-1s with the team
• 8+ years in Software development
• RESTful API's or Kafka
• PostgreSQL or Timescale DB
• Enjoy a fast paced environment
• Still want to be hands on coding

You will play an integral part in growing the Munich function and supporting 100s of Engineers across the US & Asia!
