As Senior Manager Total Rewards, you will be part of our Group HR Function. You will support the design & deployment of the compensation & benefits strategy in the group and work closely with colleagues from all countries such as Germany, UK or Poland just to name some of the locations.
The position is located in Hamburg, with the possibility for hybrid work.
Your responsibilities
- Conception and further development of the global compensation strategy
- Ensuring the corresponding compensation and benefit structures for different countries accordingly
- Further Development of competitive, benchmark-based compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
- Responsibility for the global annual remuneration round (bonus and base salary)
- Built, lead and manage a team of three Total Rewards Manager
Your profile
You have a completed business degree and minimum seven years of professional experience in the area of compensation and benefits in an international matrix organisationYou are familiar with the conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures in a company of similar sizeYou have already successfully implemented (international) projects and have strong Stakeholder management skillslease attach a copy of your CV
