Rollout Engineer

Are you a highly organized and proactive Site Deployment Manager?

We are currently seeking an individual to oversee and manage the end-to-end deployment of telecom sites in collaboration with customers and subcontractors.

The role involves coordinating all aspects of site surveys, implementation, fault resolution, and customer acceptance, ensuring that all site readiness and operational requirements are met.

The Site Deployment Manager will ensure that resources, schedules, and quality standards are in place to successfully deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and agree on a detailed site deployment plan with the customer and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on timelines, resources, and scope.
• Coordinate and finalize site survey plans with the customer and subcontractors.
• Ensure all sites are prepared and meet the readiness requirements for successful implementation in alignment with customer specifications.
• Maintain daily communication with project teams, partners, and customers to ensure adherence to the agreed plan and resolve any emerging issues.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices
