As Global Head of Customs you will in this position lead,manage and develop global customs processes and teams, includingcenters of excellence in Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe andthe Americas. In your new role you will : Lead, manage and improveglobal customs processes and teams, including centers of excellencein Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe and the Americas Optimizecustoms processes to ensure speed, compliance and businesscontinuity Assure customs processes are compliant while choosing acost optimized customs procedure Coordinate and work closely withExport Control and Internal Audit on the Internal Control Program,reporting to CFO Perform internal Customs Audits globally Conductand facilitate local and global workshops Support Customs and TradePolicy Protection Instruments working group of the BDI and theCustoms and Supply Chain working group of the ZVEIYou commityourself to the results of your team and the company as a whole.You anticipate even the future needs of our customers and engageactively with them. In your daily work you remain aware of the bigpicture even in complex situations. This allows you to takedecisions in despite of uncertain circumstances. In the end it allcomes down to the fact that you concentrate your creativity andknowledge on producing results with real added value for thecustomers and for Infineon.
