technisch versierte Person für unser Customer Solutions Team in Düsseldorf / Bad Säckingen (beide Standorte möglich) mit Möglichkeit auf Hybrid / Remote!

Deine Mission : Planung , Implementierung und Betrieb unserer SaaS Enterprise Lösung Shiftconnector® in der Prozessindustrie vorantreiben.

Deine Aufgaben

• Bereitstellung , Konfiguration und Betrieb von unserer Softwarelösung Shiftconnector® (Plant Process Management Tool) für namhafte Global Player im Bereich der Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie
• Durchführung von Rollouts und anspruchsvollen Update-Projekten , Wartung und Monitoring unserer Kundeninstallationen in Cloud sowie On-Premise Umgebungen
• Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Schnittstellen (Interfaces / API)
• Durchführung von Abnahmetests, Projekt- und Lösungsdokumentation
• Mitarbeit im Projektumfeld und Teilprojektverantwortung
• Übernahme und Koordination von komplexen Supporfällen bei technischen Problem auf dem 2nd / 3rd Level bis zur finalen Lösung;

direkte Kundenkommunikation eingeschlossen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Development und Cloud Ops Team

Was du mitbringst

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Application Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Operations, Fachinformatiker*in Systemadministration / Anwendungsentwicklung ), idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Cloud-Technologie
• Du besitzt solide Kenntnisse in der Administration von Webanwendungen, Datenbanken und Serverbetriebssystemen, insbesondere mit den gängingen Cloud Anbietern (AWS, Azure, GCP) und / oder Microsoft Windows Server, IIS und SQL
• Du bringst Vorwissen im Umgang mit Schnittstellen / REST API mit
• Du arbeitest qualitätsorientiert, bist eine Teamplayerin bzw. Teamplayer , übernimmst eigenverantwortlich komplexe Aufgaben
• Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch mit Kunden ist für dich kein Problem; weitere Sprachen sind ein Pluspunkt !
• Nice-to-have : Branchenkenntnisse in Pharma- oder Chemieindustrie sind von Vorteil

We are looking for

a technically proficient person for our Customer Solutions Team in Düsseldorf / Bad Säckingen (both locations possible) with the option for hybrid / remote work!

Your mission : Drive the planning , implementation , and operation of our SaaS Enterprise solution Shiftconnector® in the process industry forward.

Your tasks

• Deployment, configuration, and operation of our software solution Shiftconnector® (Plant Process Management Tool) for renowned global players in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
• Execution of rollouts and challenging update projects, maintenance and monitoring of our customer installations in cloud as well as on-premise environments
• Commissioning and configuration of interfaces (Interfaces / API)
• Conducting acceptance tests, project and solution documentation
• Participation in projects and partial project responsibility
• Handling and coordination of complex support cases for technical issues on the 2nd / 3rd level until final resolution; including direct customer communication
• Close collaboration with our Development and Cloud Ops Team

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable field (e.g., Business Informatics, Operations, IT Specialist System Administration / Application Development), ideally with experience in cloud technology
• Solid knowledge in the administration of web applications, databases, and server operating systems, especially with common cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and / or Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and SQL
• Prior knowledge in handling interfaces / REST APIs
• You work quality-oriented, are a team player, and take on complex tasks independently
• Fluent communication in German and English with customers is not a problem for you; additional languages are a plus!
• Nice-to-have : Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is advantageous
