Your tasks

  • You will review commercial project contracts and actively assist in their negotiation to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • You will advise and support project teams on contract-related matters, including the interpretation of contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contract changes, amendments and extensions in collaboration with project stakeholders to minimize contract risks.
  • Monitor project performance against contractual obligations, track deliverables, milestones and payments, and handle discrepancies or disputes.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance and procurement departments to facilitate contract execution, administration and termination to ensure a seamless flow of information and compliance with organizational processes.
  • You will manage and negotiate change orders and addenda. You will develop or defend claims. You support the selection and implementation of contract management tools.

    • Your profile

  • You have a degree in a technical or commercial subject
  • You already have professional experience in contract and claim management for projects in the oil and gas, chemical, energy or plant construction sectors
  • You are well organized, self-confident and have good negotiating skills. You are characterized by an open-minded, curious and proactive personality
  • You are business fluent in English and German; further language skills are welcome
