Within our Marketing organization, our Community & Content team acts as a conduit between Native Instruments, our teams and our worldwide community of music creators. Our goal is to enable anyone to become a better producer through community and find inspiration, support and connection along the way. We inspire, empower and celebrate musical creativity and promote our brand and products while doing so. We’re looking for a working student (all genders). In this role, you will be helping to implement our community & social strategy to drive awareness, engagement and spotlight our community of creators across our social media channels.
You need to be enrolled as a student in Germany in order to be considered for this role.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the creation and programming of social media content for Native Instruments’ brands 4.5+ million followers on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop content strategies for product launches and campaigns, including drafting briefs and pitching innovative content ideas to enhance engagement and expand our audience reach.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our social media cultural calendar to align with our brand identity. Create engaging narratives around key cultural events to enhance Native Instruments' brand presence and resonance.
- Engage in ongoing dialogue with customers on NI’s official online channels such as the user forum, social media and Youtube to stimulate positive community conversation.
- You’ll keep track of trending and hot topics in the community and help build engagement. Work with cross-functional teams and connect with internal experts to answer to prevalent community topics
What You'll Need
Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Music Technology, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.You are interested in social media marketing and in producing social content for large communities of creators. You have an understanding of how different social media channels work including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, as well as YouTube.You have professional or personal experience creating short-form content for TikTok and / or Instagram. Previous experience in community management, social media management is a plus.You have a flair for conversational copywriting and you know how to interact with your audience in the comment sections. This includes being able to escalate critical issues to other teams.You are passionate and knowledgeable about music technology, have an instinctive curiosity about what makes our community of music producers and DJs tick.About Us
