Tasks
- Keep the CEO's schedule organized and remind them of important meetings or deadlines.
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for company meetings.
- Support the CEO in various research tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage the CEO's schedule and tasks efficiently.English necessaryProficiency in using office software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications.Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred but not necessary, especially in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
